Our ceramics will withstand temperatures beyond 2000 degrees Farenheit without damage. You can use your "Egg" in any weather - sun, rain, snow, or sub-zero temperatures.

The new Big Green Egg® is a smoker and a grill. As a smoker you have a range of 100 degrees Farenheit thru 350 degrees Farenheit. As a grill you can sear thru 800 degrees Farenheit. Temperatures can be easily controlled and maintained.

Durability and beauty is enhanced by a brilliant rock-hard Mexican glaze. This non-toxic lead-free glaze is a lifetime finish that will never fade, discolor, burn, or peel.
